We will, where possible, obtain 2 or 3 quotes from different companies prior to any action or expense on the behalf of the Landlord.

Jobs under £100  will be completed and any expenditure above this amount will first need to be approved by the landlord.A float is generally held for smaller repairs to accelerate the process.
As soon as the amount is above the float, we contact the Landlord to ask him/her for their authorisation.
In case of emergency, like a gas or water leak, water or heater problems, we will not wait for any landlord authorisation.
